80% of the 99% are as dumb as dog shit and just agree to whatever the rich have to say. The rich have ensured the ignorance of the majority.

What's preventing the 99% overthrowing the 1%?

Today I saw 11 people wearing FFP2+/N95+ masks in public. And wearing them properly, by the look of it. 👀

The debate in Australia is not about the merits of nuclear power (by the way it's currently illegal in Australia due to a law that the party proposing nuclear put in place decades ago) It's a sneaky diversion tactic.

I do 56+30-1

How do you calculate 56+29 in your head without a calculator? Indulge me please, I am trying to check something

Chris. Keep it short and sharp. Libs have worked out that the majority of voters are stupid, so it has to be 3 word messages.

Day two, and Peter Dutton’s nuclear scheme continues to fall apart

Are you certain it isn’t the new Covid strain? PCR to be sure?

Has anyone else got a chest infection/lurgy the likes of which they have never had before?! I have been completely floored by this thing, what the hell is it?

Why then is it then that QLD and Vic are reporting escalating cases???

Four weeks since my post saying it looked like Covid was about to take off again in NSW. Latest NSW Health report shows little action. A very benign wave compared with this time last year. health.nsw.gov.au/Infectious/cov…

Yet so many of us are the working poor. There’s something very wrong and you know it. Trouble is, you are reaping the rewards while the majority struggle. It stinks.

Today’s new jobs numbers show unemployment is falling while wages are rising, inflation is moderating, and our policies are helping achieve a soft landing in our economy.

It appears so. Albanese wielding power in Labor and Dutton in Libs. What could go wrong? What shits me is I worked to get Labor elected. I was duped.

FMD have all our politicians become morally deranged all at once?

I don't know who needs to hear this, but you don't cure a disease by pretending it doesn't exist.

My experience also.

I find that on most occasions women call out bad behaviour before men do! In situations I’ve been in the men just look on and leave the women to handle things- pathetic

We are retired and linked to an over 55’s residential Hall where social gatherings take place. No one will consider having outdoor only events. We went once and stayed outside and we were on our own. Never again. I don’t get it but everyone else seemed happy. Often sick though.

I’ve ventured out to a few academic events this year held in person, in the hope that I could experience some of the informal catch ups that typically happen in the coffee and lunch breaks. For the most part, I haven’t been all that successful in achieving this, as … 1/2

Yes. But I’m classed as elderly now. However anyone clearly older than me would get my seat.

Would you give up your seat on a bus or train to an elderly person or pregnant lady?

Getting creepier by the minute.

I don’t care about his “personal opinion” I care about the facts.

The economy. Eg. Optus in North Ryde owns the building and leases shops. With no staff in the office the shops/concessions don’t do business and fail therefore no rent for Optus. It’s all about business making money. The individual is just a tool to manipulate. Capitalism.

During Covid, working from home seemed to be very successful and advantageous for employees. Why are so many employers making their employees come back to the office?
