Great to see this out in print in @BloodAdvances ! 🎉🥳 Check out our study examining the clinical impact of the new @EHA_Hematology @TheEBMT grading of immune effector cell-associated hematotoxicity in a cohort of ~550 CAR T cell patients ⤵️ ashpublications.org/bloodadvances/…

Memory genes are enriched in CAR T cells that persist and control tumors in patients. But which transcription factors drive beneficial memory programs? We answer this in our lab’s first paper in @Nature led by @alexdoan96 @kpmueller1 @andy_yhchen 1/ nature.com/articles/s4158…

Batch "correction" can (and often will) introduce its own artefacts. In addition, it tend to distract users from doing quality control—making sure all the data are valid, usable and optimally preprocessed in the first place. The name "correction" is mostly wishful thinking. 👇

In this preprint biorxiv.org/content/10.110… with @sindri_e we compared seven widely used methods for batch correction of single cell RNA-seq data. We found that all but one of the methods introduce batch effects when there are none. 1/N
