The weather held up and I was able to enjoy nature this morning! I got my cardio in while mentally preparing for the start of SY24-25. Cheers to year 10 as a school principal and year 19 in education.
The morning began with a beautiful cardio session, made even better by the soothing breeze. A great start to a fantastic day!
Who needs coffee or tea when you attend conferences or professional development sessions? Just kidding, Starbucks is the real MVP for keeping me awake and ready to take in all new learning even as we learn into the late hours of the evening.
Forgot to post: annual staff event was a country/western theme, because I got caught up in the hype. Staff loved it, though, and fully embraced the theme.
Just finished reading my 2nd book of the summer! Great book embracing the bits and pieces of Goldberg's life. The homage to her brother and especially her mother resonates deeply with me, especially in chapter 14, reminding me to continue honoring my mother!
