UPDATE: Since becoming aware of suspicious activity in our Hosted Exchange environment on 12/2, we’ve determined that the isolated disruption is the result of ransomware and our security team is working with a lead cyber defense firm to investigate. Status:bit.ly/3ui4CGk

For @Rackspace clients who got no help & their work around failed w/ Exchange, here’s what I did:set up google workspace,reroute your site DNS to google, then re-set your users/ emails. Export old email so when you delete your Rackspace account you’ll still have them.
My business has been shut down for 24 hours: busiest time for me all yr.Thx @Rackspace.No transparency, poor communication why our emails/cloud shut down, w/ concern our data &emails have been hacked. I hope you get exposed for the 1000s of companies you have hurt. @ScottMcGrew
What gives @Rackspace ? @CNN @MSNBC @nbc @nbcbayarea someone should cover this… the lack of transparency has 1000s of businesses everywhere concerned for the worst outcome and has essentially shut us down/ losing $$ all day.
