Look at this awesome processivity of chromatin remodeling enzymes! Green for nucleosomes and red for remodellers (RSC & ISW2). Note that we had to strobe green excitation for Cy3 due to its rapid photobleaching whereas JFX554 (@rhodamine110) survives the entire episode.

My first postdoc paper with @taekjip is now out in @NatureCellBio! We developed multi-target CRISPR to measure Cas9 dynamics and DSB repair in high-throughput. Huge thanks to @rogerszou and @taekjip for their support and guidance, and to @yliu_UofU, @kalhorlab, @LeoLShen!
