When I am the God Emperor of the Known Universe - I will make it legal for pedestrians to carry chainsaws, and chop the fronts off any vehicles parked like this.
Soho needs to be completely pedestrianised. During the pandemic, the bars and restaurants were absolutely thriving with everybody out on the streets. And nobody wants to hear cars constantly honking and almost running down gays in the road.
I love guerilla urbanism. Go make your community better in small ways on your own and see what happens
