The dream!

Would be great to se me a program like this that depicts the crowding of organelles packed inside a eukaryotic cell!

Jokes. The cells in my eyes are def moving.

These boxes are NOT MOVING. I see but I don't believe it! 😲

WIP: New UI for zooming around a 250-million atom cell on iPad! I added a new UI for slicing, and a bunch of little animations (check out the focus visualization). This is going to be awesome for biology class! #SciComm #gamedev #xcode #metalapi #ios #apple

Had lots of fun making this animation for the moving cover of the 6th Special Issue on Forces on and within Cells for @MBoCjournal! Check it out at molbiolcell.org

Huzzah! The final version of our latest paper is now out in @eLife The reviewers noted a fair number of obscure passages, so the final paper is much clearer and more readable than the biorxiv version. elifesciences.org/articles/73145

Yeah by itself

Evolution on its own?? Well I am surprised if your mind accepts that....

(18/n) Since the lab has many 🏓 fans; we decided to build a physical model of this “topological damper”. Although this is done with hard spheres, these movies demonstrate how dramatically different this material behave with and without topological constraints (enjoy with audio)

ultimate reality test
