Great that we're starting to see some data comparing these platforms head-to-head. And kudos to those making the data public. I think we do a disservice trying to boil the comparison down to a couple summary metrics. Eg. dove into this breast cancer data for an hour 1/n

@LGMartelotto, further to our conversation comparing $TXG 10X Genomics Xenium and $NSTG NanoString CosMx Spatial Molecular Imager for spatial transcriptomics (ST), we have new data to consider from the lab of Dr Yutaka Suzuki from the University of Tokyo. Dr Suzuki has long been…

Want to analyze Seurat data without code? Use the new @10xGenomics LoupeR package to move your data into the new Loupe 7. It sports a redesigned UI, and includes new features that put publication-ready figures just a few clicks away! #genomics #singlecell

It's been incredible to watch the @10xGenomics team bring this to fruition! Such a gorgeous dataset, I'm excited to see how the science community uses Xenium and the new Mouse Tissue Atlasing Panel to make new discoveries.

Biology is beautiful—and Xenium proves it by bringing it to life with the new Mouse Tissue Atlasing Panel. Learn how #singlecellspatial imaging can help you uncover the splendor of your sample here: bit.ly/4835hhy

Very cool to hear folks reading my paper for journal club, and hearing ideas on how to advance the work in all sorts of areas!

Big thank you to all of the colleagues who shared their cool papers and findings on allelic expression and gene noise with me by email after seeing @snkravitz new paper. Please keep them coming. I love seeing your cool science and ideas. cell.com/cell-reports/f…

As for life updates, it has been a whirlwind last few months. In September, I finished my PhD 🎓 In October, I started my dream job with @10xGenomics 🔬 and in Jan I moved to the Bay Area! 🌉 It's all been a bit scary and overwhelming, but I'm grateful to be here for the ride :)

I am emerging from my Twitter hiatus with some very exciting life/science updates! 1) The culmination of my thesis work is finally out in @CellReports cell.com/cell-reports/f…
