Eat real food, food as close as possible to what nature and the creator give us. That’s it. That’s the tweet.

If you could share one tweet with the entire world that you believe would save lives, what would it be?

LOUDER. 🗣️ Amen @DutchRojas ❤️

My thoughts on the architect of the ACA turned Lazard CEO. The biggest pile of 💩💩💩Peter Orszag wants the FTC and DOJ to stop challenging ‘vertical’ health care mergers. As Lazard CEO’s firm directly benefits from the deals that he set up…. Not #healthcare

It only makes sense

Shenanigans.

More in the world of #340B shenanigans. Hospitals claim that if they lose their massive 340B subsidies, they will be forced to cut services to the poor... Well, it turns out that the only hospitals which actually expand services to the poor with 340B funds are public…

⬇️⬇️THIS 🎉🎉🎉Self funded are on the fiduciary 🪝 . And non-transparent brokers w their #PBM alliances r not helping. #DontFeedTheBeast. Fire their behinds. @matt_ohrt @rachel_means

Overpaying for drugs via Employer plans is the easiest fix. If consultants aren’t advising Clients to move away from the big PBMs, working directly with local/indy pharmacies,& wrapping @mcuban @costplusdrugs sourcing in-they’re either corrupt/taking $$ or lazy/should be fired.

I’m learning so much about US food supply. I am afraid to go off the deep end. It appears many ingredients are banned globally, yet food companies here continue to use them. Is there a correlation between food and health?

Please tweet this daily! Medicare benchmark is garbage.

And MCR is the benchmark everyone thinks should be used for healthcare pricing! It drives me bonkers - can everyone stop talking about Medicare rates and let’s use the actual UNIT COST of the service? 🤯🤓🤯🤓

Price transparency and competition would solve these challenges…

Thank You… Trying to bring HAI awareness isn’t easy… a lot of people don’t think about Hospital Acquired Infectious diseases till it hits a loved one . The government inspection agencies are in adequate.

Over the past 22 years hospital prices have increased at twice the rate of wage growth. This is both unsustainable and yet is designed into our current healthcare system. We can and must do better. #txlege

2022 is dead. I don't care if you gained 150 pounds, your house blew up, you got divorced, you were depressed, or you lost your job. You can completely reinvent yourself in 2023.
