A full day and a fulfilling day.

CG Davis joined the KCOBA Toronto Chapter for today's Fortis 5K to support KC in Jamaica. And in the evening, Vere Tech Alumni Association hosted their 2024 Reunion raising funds to support the Clarendon based school. Our Diaspora is as committed as ever to Jamaica Land We Love!

It eats me too Merlene

Track legend Merlene Ottey says the photo finishes in Stuttgart 1993, and Atlanta 1996 still eats at her. She lost to Gail Devers on both occasions.

It’s almost here. The big day is almost here 🎉

Is it me or do I hear a Jamaican voice announcing at the Paris Olympic Stadium 🤔

A happy occasion when duty calls.

In this Independence season, we were happy to welcome the newest Jamaicans in our Citizenship Ceremony today. Oh to be Jamaican! CG Davis welcomed them to the global Jamaican family and encouraged them to get active in the community including the @jcaontario

Happy #EmancipationDay! Today we commemorate the passing of Britain's Slavery Abolition Act in the 19th century. Let's honor the resilience of those who fought for freedom and continue the fight for equality and justice for all.

Jamaica and Jamaicans making moves wherever we go

Consul-General Davis was on hand to declare the JNMoney Simcoe branch officially open and join the team and local officials to cut the ribbon. This branch will greatly benefit the public especially the many Agricultural Workers in the area many of whom joined in the celebration.

Today’s Little Jamaica Festival was great. Fun times and networking at this cultural showpiece while supporting local businesses. We met and reconnected with so many friends and colleagues. It was a a good day for family fun. Little Jamaica is a historical district in Toronto.
