BREAKING: Austin real estate investor Nate Paul surrendered early to Travis County jail last night for his 10-day contempt of court sentence, avoiding a possible media frenzy this morning before his deadline of 9 a.m. Paul had made multiple appeal attempts leading up to this.

LAPD HEADSHOTS: The city is now arguing that none of the photos show officers who are "presently true full-time [undercover]. They are public peace officers, who at some point in the past, conducted undercover assignments, or who desire to, in the future, [be undercover]."
