The Green Line is pulling some quality chugga-chuggas and I’m here for it

I’m super stoked about how well the footage turned out! This is only a flat video right now, but I’m working on making a version with full 360 motion.

Jesse Cook, one of our drummers, brought a 360 camera to the 4 - 0 BEATDOWN of STL Enjoy this highlight reel as we work on the rest of the footage youtu.be/EZgX-tiUdng?si… See you all on the 2nd! And as always GO LOONS!!!

Oh my goodness it’s happening! I’ve been excited about this for years! Can’t wait to see @allianzfield’s United Village take shape hopefully very soon

Looking forward to the community growing around our home. The City Council has officially approved the transformative 55-acre development that will surround Ball Arena.  Learn more: avs.social/BallArenaDevel…

It's our #birthday today! 🎉 @NASA officially began operation 66 years ago #OTD in 1958. As part our continuing mission to explore the unknown in air and space, we've learned and accomplished so much over the years. And so many more astounding discoveries are yet to come.

The amount that Texas DOT plans to spend on this one highway expansion project in Houston is equivalent to >three full years< of the entire federal budget for transit expansion under the capital investment grants program.

We are the Minnesota Frost.

I agree. A large investment in a mixed-traffic streetcar wouldn't have done much except preclude actual rapid transit from being built along the corridor in the future. Buy the CP spur. Construct dedicated and (mostly) grade-separated LRT. Complete the triangle - the right way!

My thoughts: I think this is the right move. What was proposed would have been an expensive and poor-quality transit solution. Let's quickly move forward with standard aBRT and come back to rail when we have the will to do it properly.

What gets me is the level of public scrutiny that transit projects face while we continually write blank checks to roadway projects. A little perspective…

I care about the cost of transit projects being more expensive, and we do need to get better at controlling costs. But let's be very honest, we don't keep this same energy for road projects.
