STOP THINKING ABOUT ME AT WORK. Or, if you can’t, I’ll swap you £4.99 for my No.1 bestselling book on how to transform your relationship with alcohol, effortlessly. It’s worked for me since 2006. Here you go: live.autofunnel.ai/663c7fd9dfcda2… #Addiction #recovery #sobriety

Using willpower to stop drinking will always lead back picking up that beer again. But building powerful momentum means we never will. Give me £5. I’ll give you a book that tells you how live.autofunnel.ai/663c7fd9dfcda2… #selfhelp #personaldevelopment #recovery #addiction #sobriety

YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE AN EXPERT AT ANYTHING TO STOP DRINKING, EFFORTLESSLY. Just stop busting the same old moves everyone else does, that never work, and read this No.1 bestselling book for a fiver, instead live.autofunnel.ai/663c7fd9dfcda2…

8 years on and l still find this photo hard to look at because Clarke tried to kill himself less than a day after it was taken. I’ve looked for clues all over it and I still can’t see any. He looks fine. Please check on your loved ones. Especially ones who are good at “fine”

Sad to detract from such an important thing @talkSPORT are doing here but for the trolls who are clearly offended by my appearance & feel Clarke could do better: I’m 44 yrs old with no thyroid. My husband loves me as I am. So I’m good, ta.🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

This is so true. Our current understanding of neurodiversity is where adverse MH was 25 years ago. We have always been aware of neurodiverse traits that sit in the middle of the diagnostic spectrum, but we called them “foibles”, “idiosyncrasies” and “eccentricities”

All the adults “suddenly” being diagnosed with ADHD and/or Autism have ALWAYS been ADHD and/or Autistic. It’s a failure of collective society, education and healthcare that they’ve gone so long without understanding who they are… many will have trauma & struggles as a result.

The Mental Health Act is out of date. We’re calling for a reformed Mental Health Act that supports people. And we need to see that within the first 100 days of a new government. We’ve waited far too long. The time to act is now.

Some awesome Father/Son time this weekend watching Doja Cat in Newcastle, even queuing for 6 hours was worth it to get this close to the stage! (Not saying I’m old, but I wondered if she needed a coat, and whether I could get my Crocs from the car…🤔)
