Stop telling women that they are too young to have endometriosis or have surgery for endometriosis. I recently operated on a 20 year old with endometriosis on her diaphragm, yes, endometriosis nodules all the way up to where her heart and lungs live. Believe women!

Devastating. Just devastating to lose this kind, thoughtful, inspiring force. She always had an encouraging and positive word to share. Sending prayers and love to Njambi’s family, loved ones and community.

Jahmby was a fierce advocate. Her story is an example of why endometriosis needs early diagnosis and expert management. This is why we are loud in March, awareness without action is just noise. We need action. Early expert intervention is the goal. Rest in power Njambi Koikai.
