This is absolutely the correct move. If biden doesn't run again an open primary could be really good for him with no other clear dem option. If biden does run again, it's still gives hardliners progressives a reason to vote, esp for progressives, in midterms.

What I think a national abortion referendum map would look like. Fully legal up until 3rd trimester then legal in cases of incest, rape, life of the mother etc. This is for minimum abortion protections, so states can have even more pro-choice protections of wanted. Thoughts?
