Ever struggled to find those nasty strings with accidental extra spaces in Xcode? Here's a quick RegEx to catch them all: "[^"\n]* {2,}[^"\n]*" No more hunting for hidden formatting issues! #iOSDev #Xcode
The amount of learning content in my new app, which will be released soon. The app is part of my master's thesis and contains 100+ questions about information security and is suitable for all age groups. #iOSDev #indiedev
See you in Berlin! I'll be there on December 3rd & 4th, excited to explore new ideas and enhance the App Intents I've developed for WhaleDeck 2. Maybe I can connect with other fellow iOS developers? 🙌 #iOSDev #swiftlang
Do you currently use my app WhaleDeck? Hit me up if you want to give the release candidate of v2 a try. v2 features home and lock screen widgets, advanced container resource monitoring, reorganizing your servers, and more. #iosdev #docker
Do you know the difference between @State var and let in a view? let resets on every app interaction while @State persists. For example, let with a random value redraws, but @State keeps it. This can lead to unexpected behavior if you're not aware. #iosdev #SwiftUI #swiftlang
I am cooking something 👨🍳 This App Store event is for the upcoming WhaleDeck 2 release and supplementary to the nomination submission I am currently working on. So far, events have had no significant effect, but maybe this time? #iosdev #indiedev #buildinpublic
Is anyone here planning to attend the Apple Developer events at the beginning of December in Berlin? I plan to join the first two days. developer.apple.com/events/view/up… #iosdev #SwiftUI

I uploaded my first (private) image to Docker Hub 🎉It will be exciting to work more with Docker Hub the following week. And I desperately do SEO. ahref numbers are looking awful, although WhaleDeck is more successful than ever. I am thinking about updating the WhaleDeck blog.
Here is a small project of mine, which may end up being a web version of WhaleDeck. Control & monitor your remote Docker instance without SSH access by running a container on the host. You can even create and deploy your own packages. #NuxtJS #buildinpublic #indiedev

Why iOS devs should get at least 1 TB of storage: User Library: - CoreSimulator 186 GB - Xcode 270 GB (System) Library: 50 GB So, I am getting to more than 500 GB with the Xcode app and a few other additives. My last cleanup is less than a year ago. #iosdev #xcode
Any UNUserNotificationCenter expert out there? How can I delete all pending notifications if notification permissions were revoked? Calling removeAllPendingNotificationRequests does not work, as pending notifications are back after granting permissions again. #iosdev #swiftlang
The new App Store Connect 2.0 app update adds a set of templates to promote your apps. However, these only appear if the update or event happened roughly a month ago or less.
Dodged a bullet while using SwiftData! Make sure to insert the object before adding relationships. Initializing a parent with child objects in a one-to-many relationship can lead to unexpected behavior – like duplicates, as in this case. #iosdev
I decided to slightly decrease the font thickness, and I think it looks way better now.
