This semester, the Covering Poverty group at @coxinstituteuga helped @ajc with its new project Everyday Heroes. The AJC featured a group of 55 Georgians who are making a difference in GA. @Sarah_Donehoo and I were able to highlight Claire Mistretta, director of Fresh Express.
#Campaign spending for the 2022 November #Midterms has been all-time record setting with Georgia's Raphael Warnock having spent more than $10.9 million. Georgia voter turnout has broken all-time records as well, with over 2.2 M Georgians #Voting early.

Best social media practices was a common way Digital Natives helped Georgia newsrooms last week. @llenz99, with a bit of help from @Sarah_Donehoo, built a guide for @WDUNRadio with tips, examples and walkthrus of programs like Audiogram, Instagram and social scheduling/analytics.
When the @stmarysathens hospital gift shop was closed due to #COVID19, hospital volunteer Faye Martin was able to keep making vases and baskets by arranging the flowers she bought from @blossoms_us in her home and delivering them to the front of the hospital.
