While having a rare day off during this difficult time, there is nothing that makes me want to work more to protect my vulnerable people......But nothing that makes me prouder to be a care worker.💪💪💪 ESSENTIAL WORKERS ASSEMBLE!!!!👊👊

THIS THIS THIS OVER AND OVER AGAIN. THIS. Please watch and share. Brilliantly and simply put.

Got called in to work short notice due to another poor colleague having to isolate. My awesome client has written and laminated a ‘proof of role’ letter for me since the announcement tonight. Such a kind heart 💓 looking out for her staff. #HealthCareWorkers

Just home after a 16 hour shift, filling in for people who are having to self isolate. Yes I’m tired but I know if it was me unable to work they would do the same. #teamwork #HealthCareWorkers

First day back in lectures today. I’m sad to leave the team on CYPOD☹️ but excited to be moving onto a new subject.😃😃 @punc19 @CYPStNN @StNurseProject @wildgoosesister

Last day on CYPOD tomorrow!😳I have written thank you letters and it feels special because I am using the pen I got for my 40th last week. There is something very personal about a hand written letter, in a quality pen. (Yes I feel old as I appreciate this pen too much) #punc19

I have had to make the tuff decision to defer my London Marathon entry to next year.☹️ This means I will have another year to train and raise money my chosen charity. I will be keeping my sponsorship page open so any money already raised will not be lost.

Realisation of the day........... parents see the uniform in the department and have an automatic level of trust in a nurse/student nurse.......meaning I get handed children to hold/cuddle/comfort numerous times a day 💕💕💕💕 @punc19 @CYPStNN @StNurseProject

Nearly 40 years old and I couldn’t resist doing this after my exam.😂😂😂😂😂😂 @punc19 @CYPStNN @StNurseProject

In 90 days I will be running the London Marathon!!😬😬 In 90 days I will have the honour to raise vital funds for this amazing charity.💕💕m.facebook.com/chhfplymouth/ @punc19 @CYPStNN

Yaaasssss!!!! The hubster @rossyj04 slept on my side of the bed last night because of the littlest so the bed is doubly warm for me to crawl into after my night shift 🤪🤪🤪

After 2 weeks of getting used to my placement hours ( it is amazing and every day is a school day!) I finally got the energy to run 9 miles today. London Marathon training is back on! 💪💪 #puncplacement @punc19 @CYPStNN @StNurseProject

Never one to turn down the opportunity to practice 😉😉

Flu jabs + students = an opportunity not to be missed. Well done girls for havingand giving one each. 😊 #UHPpaeds @jakivy @MatronDykes

What a week!!😃😃😃 I have been fortunate to get involved in so many clinics this week. I have seen children from 10days old up to 15 years. Every day there was something different!! I can’t wait for next week!!😃 @punc19 @StNurseProject @CYPStNN

I think these guys are missing me this week while on placement?! All they want to do is wear my jumpers and snuggle. I’m trying to make the most of the few minutes I get with them between me getting home and them going to bed.💕#WorkLifeBalance @pun19 @StNurseProject @CYPStNN

Goodbye old reliable but very hard Doc Martins☹️. Even with gel insoles you are too uncomfortable to wear all day on CYPOD. Hello super soft, flexible Clarks 😃. My feet need some tlc after 3 x 10hr shifts on my feet and another shift tomorrow 😬 @punc19 @CYPStNN @StNurseProject
