Check out our latest paper "R2ROC: an efficient method of comparing two or more correlated AUC from out-of-sample prediction using polygenic scores" just published! with @dr_moksedul and @WrayNaomi Read more here: rdcu.be/dLsFl #PolygenicScores #AUC #MachineLearning
I am delighted to share with you that our recent pape has been successfully published in Communication Biology and is available at nature.com/articles/s4200… @QAAFI @UQ_News @Nature @NatureComms @UQ_News
📣📣 Check out the latest @PGSCatalog preprint! medrxiv.org/content/10.110… This paper brings the Catalog bang up to date, including new functionalities and of course the PGS Catalog Calculator. Thread below from @iamslambert 👇
Excited to share our new preprint describing updates to the @PGSCatalog (PGSCatalog.org ) and the PGS Catalog Calulator (pgsc_calc), a new tool for reproducible PGS calculation in the context of genetic ancestry (github.com/PGScatalog/pgs…). Just in time for #ESHG24! /🧵
Excited to share our latest preprint which could be a game-changer for public health in regions struggling with TB. Don’t miss out on the potential of AI to transform healthcare! researchsquare.com/article/rs-437… #Tuberculosis #AI #HealthcareInnovation
Our SBayesRC method is now published in Nature Genetics! SBayesRC is a full Bayesian method for polygenic score prediction that can analyse all common variants jointly with functional annotations in a single step. @zhili_zheng @IMBatUQ nature.com/articles/s4158…
Check out this exciting opportunity to do bioinformatics @BakerResearchAu with our Head of Bioinformatics Fumi Takeuchi (@fumibamboo)!! seek.com.au/job/75481032 I can personally vouch for this wonderful research group 😄
"our analysis also found multiple significant interactions between PGS and vPGS, suggesting that the non-additive and GxE components related to PGSs could impact prediction accuracy"
🎉📣 Latest preprint from the lab: Genome-wide analyses of variance in blood cell phenotypes provide new insights into complex trait biology and prediction medrxiv.org/content/10.110… Led by the exceptional @RXiang5 (now head of comp bio at AgriBio @VicGovAg)!

Sheep genetics rapidly adopts new technology. Now well ahead of the cattle industry 😉
Last week was busy for our nucleus/breeding team getting methane measurement, rumen samples and CT scanning finished off before lambing starts. Huge thanks to Kirsty & John from SRUC for all their help. 3,800 animals through our PAC trailer since we started in August 23 👍
Just out @NatureAging👉 Integration of polygenic and gut metagenomic risk prediction for common diseases. nature.com/articles/s4358… Excellent work by Yang Liu, @sritchie73 @phylogeo and co! Also see our recent review cell.com/trends/microbi…
Delighted to share our perspectives published in Nature Genetics regarding spatial neighborhood analysis and the role of spatial context in determining cell identities, highlighting an innovative spatial augmentation method by Prabhakar and colleagues. nature.com/articles/s4158…
