I meant maternal medicine MCoC teams. Where the midwives follow women though, support them navigate the care system especially if the have complex needs but there is a obstetric physiatrist or similar overseeing their medical needs
That is why these women need midwifery continuity of carer! Avoids this problem done via May med CoC teams
