So the daffodils did not disaapoint today 🌼🚴♀️🌼🚴♀️🌼 One of the ladies who joined us on our ride was still fearful of cycling in traffic after a near-accident 10 years ago. Today she triumphed over that fear & saw: 🌳4 x @theroyalparks 👑2 x royal palaces 🌼100s of daffodils🌼
Now that looks YUMMY. Definitely worth cycling over for (...starts planning route....) and not that far from Hyde Park! 🚲🍰🚲
Absolutely delicious! There’s no base- it’s all just total creaminess. Worth going in the week perhaps, so you can sit in and eat it off a fancy plate, or even a slate they have. Connaught village was really interesting- here’s some thoughts. … 2/7

We’re here at Westminster Wheels today, going on a Joyriders cycle 🙌🏻 One lovely lady has come who has hardly ridden a bike for 20 years. It’s a big day. Westminster Wheels have lent her a bike. Such a good project this! Sarah and @MCantacuzino are the ride leaders!

Today we went on a Joyriders cycle through Westminster and it was wonderful. This is Asma, who came from Tower Hamlets to join. She told us that she rides with her local Joyriders group every Monday, in all weathers, and that if it doesn’t happen she feels something is - 1/5
Such festive fun with the little and big people on the roads of Brent 🚲😍🚲 Wonderful Xmas tunes and a fabulous pub lunch at the end! Even the teenagers cheered up 🤣
Our third yearly Christmas family bike ride! Huge thanks to all those who came (and great to have Sarah from @NJoyriders with us too!). It’s thrilling to see tiny people cycling with joy and freedom on our roads in Brent. More of this to come!
