Happy to see this nice multi-insitutions and international collaboration on the signalling profiles of antipsychotics at the 5HT2A receptor. Congratulations to all involved and particularly to Supriya Gaitonde who spearheaded this work. nature.com/articles/s4138…

Just finished Oppenheimer, the American Prometheus by Bird and Sherwin. More than the movie, this excellent book that took 25 years of research is a deep dive not only in the making of the atomic bomb but also in the american society and politics of the 30s, 40s and 50s.

Very happy to have been part of this collaborative work on the development of a new set of biosensors to monitor the activity of receptor tyrosine kinases. Congratulations to Florence and the entire team at Domain Therapeutics and in my laboratory. can01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%…

Un excellent article avec Élizabeth Douville dans Le Devoir sur la recherche translationnelle et le développement de thérapies innovantes. Le modèle IRIC/IRICoR. ledevoir.com/non-classe/807…

Extremely happy to see the results of a great collaboration out in Science. This work spearheaded by Franziska Heydenreich provides new insights on how the pharmacological properties of GPCR ligands are propagated through receptors. science.org/doi/10.1126/sc…

Happy to see our collaborative study with the Lauschke and Hauser labs out in Nature Communication. The study spearheaded by Shane Wright explores the links between the spatial propagation of GLP1 receptor signalling and the occurence of adverse effects. doi.org/10.1038/s41467…

Moment de fierté lors de la collation solennelle des grades de l'Université de Montréal. Des discours inspirants qui ont su nous faire vibrer. Et bien sûr, des étudiants heureux dont nous sommes fiers! youtube.com/watch?v=TA_Tzw…

Congratulation to Badr Sokrat from our laboratory and the team of Dr. Shenoy for this nice paper on the ubiquitination of the glucagon receptor and its influence on signalling bias. Glad to be associated to this nice collaboration. can01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%…

There is still time to alter course and make Canadian research globally competitive in #Budget2023 by doubling funds to the Tri-Councils and paying post-graduate students a living wage. #CANFundScience #SupportOurScience @jyduclos @FP_Champagne @cafreeland

Happy to see our paper on the role of dimerization on the signalling selectivity of GPCR published. Great collaboration with the labs of Patrick Barth, Andy Chevigne and Martine Smit. Congratulations to all for a great piece of work. can01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%…

New publication in eLife shows how different datasets were integrated in the common coupling map in GproteinDb. dx.doi.org/10.7554/eLife.… and gproteindb.org/signprot/coupl…

Proud to share our article “Common coupling map advances #GPCR - G protein selectivity” as a final pdf in eLife. dx.doi.org/10.7554/eLife.… It integrates datasets from the @Michel_Bouvier and Asuka Inoue labs, and the @GuidetoPHARM database to arrive at several new insights.
