Anne Twomey is right. The major party’s stitch up on electoral reform is sneaky, excessive, and unjustified. It’s full of loopholes that entrench major party incumbency advantage and reduce competition in our democracy.
Labor and Liberal have cut a deal to ram through political donation laws to benefit themselves and entrench the two-party system. They are nothing more than self-serving dinosaurs showing utter disrespect to the community.
