Joe Biden selfishly attempted to run for reelection despite his advanced age and poor health. He very nearly led his party into a generational wipeout. As a result of his poor decisions Donald Trump is returning to the White House and set to destroy Biden's achievements.

It's irrelevant. The USA has no right to control the UN or its Court. Any such act of aggression should be considered a declaration of war vs that country and the UN. This should result in the immediate expulsion of the USA from the UN. No vote needed. No Vetos.
