Former @FBI assistant director of counterintelligence @FrankFigliuzzi1 just came up with a critically important, urgent, inspired and genius idea. @POTUS @JoeBiden should *order* FBI background checks of Trump’s Cabinet picks immediately.👇🏼 msnbc.com/opinion/msnbc-…

Different messages from GOP Senators. In the hallways, they're talking about the need for Democrats to cooperate and approve Trump nominations. On the Senate floor, the GOP is about to start parliamentary delaying tactics to stall Biden judicial picks.

Republicans plan to force procedural votes tonight to slow down Schumer from filing cloture on a bunch of judicial nominees, potentially pushing votes very late into the night.

94% of teachers have had to dip into their own pockets to buy school supplies. The average Wall Street employee got a $176,500 bonus last year. Something has gone terribly wrong.

Teachers in the U.S. will spend an estimated $3.35 billion of their own money on classroom supplies in the 2024-25 school year. The average teacher will spend $883.60.

Yup. I think that’s what is happening here.

This is interesting twist. The trial court should be able to sever the other defendants from Trump and proceed to trial.

Has this not already been said? The reason the lawyer(s) for the women witnesses against Gaetz are pushing for release of the Ethics Report is bc he's going to retaliate against them if he becomes AG.

GM just announced a round of layoffs, impacting 1,000 workers. But the company reported Q3 earnings that put it on track for record profits this year. Its CEO received $27M in compensation in 2023. And GM announced $6B in stock buybacks this June. Textbook corporate greed.
