I went from: A shy, skinny teenager to confident, capable and athletic in my early 20’s. How? The long route. Slogging my guts out in the gym doing the wrong exercises. Eating the wrong diet. Making terrible lifestyle choices outside of the gym. I made every mistake in the…

People who say they don't have time to exercise have their priorities wrong. Exercising actually saves you time in the long run that would be spent recovering from illness and health problems.

If you want to be truly fit, healthy and functional, you must train in a holistic way. Stretch, run, swim, lift, play tennis, climb mountains, surf, wrestle, jump. Keep it varied and have some fun. Good health should be part of your lifestyle, not something you have to force…

8 years into taking fitness seriously my biggest focus is injury prevention and recovery. The real health flex is longevity - not how much weight you can ego lift.
