Nobody can take the eyes off of you. You own the room as soon as you enter. Girls dream about having you. Boys nod as a sign of respect. This is not a fantasy, it doesn't just happen in movies. It can be YOUR reality. 1 condition. You start to take care of your body


"I wish I had good genetics" "I wish I could snap my fingers and get the most aesthethic body" Is that actually the case? When I look back at when I was 56kg I smile. I can now look at the mirror and smile, with confidence. Only because my path was a rollercoaster.


The girl of your dreams is not real. But you know what is? You disregarding your body. Wouldn't it be more fullfilling spending time with your loved ones... Rather than lay on the couch, drained after work? All you need to do, is being in control of your routine.


A Youtube video won't save you. Busy entrapreneurs claim that they don't have time to train. I don't blame them. But relying on a pre-made workout will not give you any time back. You need a workout that can adjust to your: - weight - age - goal But most importantly: TIME
