Marriage is between 1 man & 1 woman, committed for life & open to children. Attempts to redefine marriage fail to change this reality. If an element of the above definition is altered then no marriage exists no matter what words are used. Living a fiction is unhealthy.

When you ask the Church for the Sacraments, don’t hold it against the Church when the Church asks you to live the sacramental life. For the Church isn’t rejecting you but in fact respecting you, offering you what your soul really wants, really needs—a real shot at holiness.

The agenda of the "Synodal Way" of the German bishops includes allowing women to be ordained priests. The @Pontifex response to @americamag shows that he upholds the Church's teaching on this issue: catholicworldreport.com/2022/11/28/pop…

What truly is Social Justice, as the Church teaches it, not as some political persuasions would have you believe it to be? This article helps answer that question. It is worth the read. catholicworldreport.com/2022/11/22/wha…

A beautiful and sobering reflection on the individual judgment...which follows individual choice.

Cardinal Zen, we do not know what lies ahead for you in this unjust world, but know that we love you and pray for you. And we know that God will give you your reward.

It would be good to join fasting and penance with our prayers for unity in the Church. Having said that, the response from the Vatican to the German bishops is encouraging.

I agree with her thinking. There are two big obstacles to dialogue between Catholics and Protestants: agreement on meaning of words (forgiveness, salvation, etc.), and understanding what constitutes as evidence for each person involved in the conversation.

I’m converting to Catholicism because it seems true and my total evidence points that direction. This of course doesn’t mean that I think Protestants are irrational. They may have a different set of seemings/total evidence.

If sex does not mount to heaven, it descends into hell. There is no such thing as giving the body without giving the soul.
