DLIFLC students in the Spanish school held a Día de los Muertos celebration with different events and competitions where they got to practice their Spanish, and dressed up as the traditional skeletons known as catrines and catrinas.

DLIFLC students showed off their artistic side by participating in an art contest organized by the Institute’s Student Senate. “We wanted to give students some respite from constantly studying,” said Spc. Nafisa Kabir, one of the organizers.
