Again, he sounds like a 7th grader giving a book report for a book he didn’t read. Every time.


I can empathize with a point of view that foreign aid is reflection of a welfare state principle, but where would Europe be without the Marshall Plan, or places in Africa or Central America to stave off Soviet Expansion and aggression?


To be honest I am suprised people are more upset about this than @WilkowMajority making disparaging remarks about families who have kids with special needs.
