New subsidized Mental Health First Aider course o Monday 10th January and Tuesday 18th January. 9.30 - 13.30 both days. £170 per person through Zoom and Enably. Instructor of over 10 years experience and over 25 years in mental health.


We are now a Place of Welcome - Sundays 3 - 5 including 26th December, Cuppa and a chat. Contact 01384 442938 for any info.

Happy #WorldMentalHealthDay! This year's theme is #mentalhealthinanunequalworld Many people do not have access to the services they need due to being on a low income, their age group, or the area they live. Today we can all help to highlight this and help to make things equal.
