The Labour government says that the Chagos Islands agreement has been welcomed “by all parts of the US system”. I think that they are in for an unpleasant surprise.


The UK needs a First Amendment equivalent. And a more ironclad constitution that can safeguard it. Though I personally would like a 2nd Amendment to protect the First, I don’t think the UK would be ready for that.
