I just drove by a house with corpses hanging from nooses for Halloween and I’m still trying to catch my breath. Please don’t do that. You can’t control if children see that, it’s triggering for suicide survivors and loved ones, and also lynching was a thing. Just don’t. Plz.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but being unvaccinated is not a racial, cultural, religious, or gender identity, and being inconvenienced because you’re unvaccinated is not discrimination or oppression.
I acknowledge the impulse to eye-roll at celebrations over the # of women and/or minorities elected, but it's a mistake to overlook how meaningful it is, esp to those aspiring to run for office someday. Representation matters. When people see themselves reflected, they believe.
