Hey @X , I don't understand this language. Someone paid for me to see this for no reason. What's up with your ads algo?!
spotted some wild UI in the swiss alps the other day beautiful to see it in its natural habitat 🥹
Deceitful patterns in #uxdesign #productdesign . The pic is about lowering risks at work through regulation. These deceitful patterns are in the grey area of the law. #uxcampch

It was 4 years ago the last time I participated in this wonderful event. Let's do this, today. #uxcampch
I'm starting to see these fake ads using famous tech folk being quoted on top of my feed. Now, more frequently. My first "block" on Twitter. @MindWisdomMoney
I was unaware of `text-wrap: pretty;` I knew about the (new/cool) `text-wrap: balance;` — but sometimes that's a bit... too much. I feel like it's nice on headers but not smaller type. Here's what I mean.
Hi folks, I’m still looking for a Sr Design Manager, Director, or possibly VP of Design role. I’m specifically looking for only remote or Seattle-based roles. I’m interested in management-only roles, not hybrid IC/manager roles. Please share. Comment/DM if you know of a role. #ux
Microsoft released copilot in Excel, and it is officially caught up with Google on the AI race. Fantastic to watch.

How product reviews are censored: @HidrateSpark asked how was my purchase, so I responded. Decent product but lacking services/support. My review got moderated. That's why publishing here, so it doesn't go to waste.
Designers post a lot about layout tools and whiteboard tools but we never talk about the most important design tool of all - the big stick we use to stir shit up
Just a quick reminder. Whenever somebody gives you a feature to ship, consider saying something like… “That sounds great. Can you tell me a little more about the problem this is intending to solve, who it solves it for and what other solutions you've considered?”
This is a question asked in good faith but from the wrong direction. "Customer satisfaction" is not a real metric. Designers must understand what satisfies their customers, and then measure that. Do not ask "how can we measure..." before you've answered "what should we measure."
Have been looking for alternative metrics, but CSAT, CES, and the are not convincing either… honest question: beyond showing the value of qualitative insights, are there any solid metrics that can be recommended? Extra thanks if they are relevant for B2B as well! 🙏🙏🙏
A small feature that I would really love to have available in @figma: dividers inside the page panel! 🤞
Hey Designer friends. I know this may sound counter intuitive, but check in on the mental health of your manager every now and again. You may not realise it but managing people is extremely stressful and managers often feel a lot more lonely and isolated than they let on.
