I can't reply directly, but after reading your post I have changed my mind. I guess I was going by a reverse of my own experiences (as a child I never had gender dysphoria, but as an adult I do and consider myself a trans woman).

But actually hrt is also largely reversible if you have only taken it for a while… This "change the mind" thing surely should be considered based on individual situation (like, if you are uncertain or if you have already lived in your preferred gender for over 8 years).

I am tired of people glorifying The Union. Yeah, they were the better option compared The Confederacy, but people seem to forget stuff like that Grant and Sherman were part of the efforts to wipe out the American Buffalo (done to make life for the Indigenous people harder).

I don't understand why non-Latin American people insist on using "Latinx" instead of the proper "Latine" as a gender inclusive label (this obviously doesn't include Latin American GNC who personally prefer the "Latinx" label)?
