Looking for a Cardinal who had the right stuff? Cardinal George was a man of authenticity and integrity, truly pastoral and holy, a clear and articulate teacher of the Faith. And he’s as much needed now as when he was with us. I invite you to encounter him in “Glorifying Christ.”

The Church is built upon a foundation of the Twelve Apostles. The Bible is a history book and not a handbook of the Christian religion.

diocs.org/Herald/the-bis… @BishopGolka | Jesus Christ is King of the universe. New liturgical year and Jubilee year of hope are coming. Lay faithful are called to be witnesses of hope and to spread the kingdom.

Christianity is not merely belief. It is a practice of that belief by active charity. Faith works by love. Givers of charity will grow in their faith. Recipients of charity have often been the ones who are brought into the faith.

Kill moral relativism not babies. Fear God. Keep His commandments. Love your neighbor. Love babies. Abortion may be legal but it's not moral.

U.S. ELECTION PRAYER — Consecration of the Election to the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God #LetUsPray #PrayerMatters #iPray #AmericaMatter #VotersMatter #ElectionsMatter youtu.be/AjjR2V8a7Tg

God is invisible in nature but visible in His Sacramental Presence within the Visible Body of Christ, the Catholic Church. God in the person of the God-Man, Jesus Christ, took human form through the Incarnation and the Immaculate Mother, the Blessed Virgin Mary.

It’s fascinating to compare Martin Luther and St. Ignatius Loyola. Luther began as an avowed celibate for God, and ended up breaking all his vows to defend his heresies. Ignatius was a sinful playboy who God found, took a vow of celibacy, and fully devoted his life to Him.

Was it not the Jerusalem Temple and the Holy of Holies that was the center of the Jewish religion until 70 AD? Is it not the Catholic Church Tabernacles and the Real Presence of the God-Man, Jesus Christ, in the Holy Eucharist that is the center of the Catholic religion today?

Moral truths do not change.

Sin has consequences. King David repented deeply and could be forgiven his sin but still faced consequences of his sin.

ST. AUGUSTINE CONDEMNS COMMON PROTESTANT BELIEF In his work “On Faith and Works,” St. Augustine condemns a belief held by many protestants (including myself when I was one) as heretical, namely, that if someone maintains the faith, they will still be saved, even if they are in…

"We fly to thy patronage, O holy Mother of God: despise not our prayers in our necessities, but ever deliver us from all dangers. O glorious and blessed Virgin." Hail Mary, full of grace. The LORD is with you. Blessed are you. Holy Mary, Mother of God, please pray for…

Other than the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Joseph, St. Francis of Assisi may be the most popular saint of all.
