It’s warming up out there, marking the beginning of Buath Gurru, grass flowering season on Wurundjeri Country 🌞 It’s at this time of year that the Kangaroo Grass flowers, Brown Butterflies are out and about, and small bats can be seen flying in the evenings.

Recently we were out at our Snape Reserve on Wotjobaluk Country, teaming up with @ZoosVictoria and dedicated volunteers to plant Creeping Boobialla. This plant is the only food source for the endangered Golden-rayed Blue Butterfly, found only in this part of Victoria 🦋
