1. More reporters should consider covering rural areas and more newsrooms should see the value in rural beats. Would benefit journalism + the public. 2. Feels weird that “reporters” can refer to both people who cover small city council meetings and people who have talent agents.
Will there be a journalistic brain drain in DC? A talent agent said what I've also heard anecdotally: A lot of reporters are "questioning if they have it in them to report on another Trump cycle."

As a former poll worker, from clerk to presiding polling place judge, I despise people who spread lies about the US elections. They are run by people who are deeply committed to what is literally referred to as "the sanctity" of each election and take an oath to that effect.
