Guess it's not a good idea to complain about @CANImmunize : As of this evening, my immunization record has been wiped from their system. My only proof of vaccination now is a worn printout from a couple of months ago. C'mon, @nsgov This is wrong on so many levels.
That was wishful thinking: I have a valid NS health card, but @CANImmunize rejects my info and refuses to confirm an appointment for a booster, despite willing to drive halfway across the province to get it.
Finally figured out the health card number issue: use the one that's no longer from the province where I no longer live. The only problem now: no booster appointments available.
According to @nsgov MSI, my health card # is valid!!! Whoopee. According to the @CANImmunize, it isn't. So no booster. MSI's solution: Call @CANImmunize phone line that says 'we're too busy to talk' then hangs up. They wished me luck. Not feeling lucky at all.
Call MSI who handle health card issues and I'm the 2nd with this problem today. The solution? Keep calling the same number on the @CANImmunize that's too busy and hangs up, but I might get lucky. Is my health card valid or not? Can I GET A BOOSTER? HELP!!!! @nsgov
