Gianmarco Tamberi 🇮🇹 lost his wedding ring yesterday, while on flagbearer duties for Italy. His apology to his wife is everything. Poetic!😅

Louisville is the place to live and thrive, ranking in the top 50 of best places to live in the U.S. according to @usnews! From fun events like the @KyDerbyFestival to rich history, our modern downtown and a low cost of living, our city is a great place to call home.

Setting up training this morning. I am reminded that take away all the noise and nonsense, the game is pure. It’s beautiful.

Don’t spend so much time addressing weaknesses. Our culture is obsessed with fixing. That only raises your floor + lowers the risk of bottoming out. Focusing on strengths raises your ceiling. It increases potential, and, when done right, also reduces the risk of bottoming out.
