People over eat, for the same reason people drink too much, shop too much, smoke too much, binge watch tv, work too much etc. People hurt, then self medicate with things, people, substances. Change the story, the wiring in the brain. Neurons that fire together, wire together

The problem is not people being uneducated. The problem is that people are educated just enough to believe what they have been taught, and not educated enough to question anything from what they have been taught. 🧠
