An extremely powerful and moving session to start the afternoon at COSLA Conference 2024. Fiona Drouet MBE & CEO of @Emilytest12 discussed how lived experience can make for more impactful service design. Fiona's talk received a standing ovation from the audience.
So glad the youngun took me to the @DeclanMcKenna gig (once I got over the age of the crowd relative to me). Songs were great, energy high and band gave it everything - plus stage diving, guitar smashing and an ABBA cover. Loved it 🥰 @edintfest @edinplayhouse
Reading all the @andy_murray things and there might be a few tears on my cheeks. Apart from the glorious, heartbreaking, awe-inspiring sport, he really did reclaim my hometown from tragedy and change how women sportspeople are thought about. Thanks Andy 🥰🏴🎾💪🏻🇬🇧🥇
