In #Afghanistan, both urban and rural households face similar demands for healthcare, but the barriers to access are vastly different. the number of households without access to functional health facilities nearby has risen from 19% in 2021 to 30% in 2022. #Health

Afghanistan already has one of the world’s highest per capita populations of people with disabilities, with almost 80 percent of adults and 17 percent of children believed to live with some form of disability. Report by @unicef #Disability
