My main workstation was having various problems, mostly related to slowness. It got steadily worse over time and my troubleshooting couldn’t find any root causes. Until now. Turns out the NVMe drive had heat damage.

So someone set the ballot box I've used on fire. My ballot wasn't in there fortunately, but FFS.

Is it common for MPLS networks to provide Internet connectivity in addition to site-to-site, or is it just usually site-to-site (with maybe a gateway).

It's wild how many times I see ads for fake diamonds. I can't imagine how much money this company has wasted on targets like me.

What do you think? Rare Carat is proud to be America’s #1 marketplace for both natural and lab diamonds.

How many of you have 100 PowerPoint, Word, and Excel files named [auto saved] purely because @microsoft won't implement a "save as you go" feature that doesn't require OneDrive, because they're desperately trying to sell you OneDrive.

I've just booted a containerlab topology that's got 50 leafs, 3 spines, two borderleafs, and a few hosts.

Who's updated to Windows 11 and how did it go?

In this video I build a complete network automation Linux box (including functioning leaf/spine topology running in containerlab) using AlmaLinux, Containerlab, Arista cEOS, and code-server. youtube.com/watch?v=3YGdnk…

I'm just finishing up the documentation, but here's a tour of the Linux automation box (including a leaf/spine topology built with Arista cEOS). youtube.com/watch?v=3e3l29…

I bought a $20 rice cooker and it has been a game changer. You can make quick interesting rice dishes in them, like Spanish rice! Please clap.

So I've got a new project: Project NERD. Networking Engineering Resource for Development. It's a set of instructions, howtos, artifacts, to setup various types of VMs to do certain things. The first one is a Linux VM that has VS Code as a webapp, Ansible, and containerlab.
