🔥Busy couple of weeks with successful engine tests, diagnostic disassembly, engine rebuilds, and more hotfires sweeping power levels and mixture ratios… it's high time for some video! #FFSC 🚀📽️🔊
Our new vertical test stand unlocks #TestLikeYouFly capability. Super important to get this learning early in the dev program. 🔥 soon!
New engine on a new stand, installed in less than 1 hr. Great design. Great planning. Great team!

Today, we pause to honor the incredible sacrifices and service of America’s veterans, including those who serve our mission here at Stoke. Our team includes veterans who embody dedication, courage, and integrity—qualities that fuel our drive for innovation and exploration every…
We’re putting our new vertical stage 1 engine test stand through its paces out in Moses Lake... pushing liquid nitrogen through, testing the systems, and getting ready to light it up. 🔥
A day of learning, demonstrations - and tons of questions! - at our Moses Lake test site as we hosted girls from local schools as part of @IGNITEworldwide Stoke is pleased to partner with IGNITE on their critical mission to close the gender gap in STEM. #womeninSTEM
Activation testing on our Stage 1 engine vertical test stand is well underway at Stoke’s Moses Lake Test Site. Here’s the water deluge system doing its thing, ready to support the next phase of our full-flow staged combustion engine testing. 🌊🚀
It started with a vision for rapidly reusable rockets. Today we're hardware rich with countless tests under our belts. Go Nova!
Five years ago today I made one of my hardest decisions: leave a stable and well-paying job to start something from scratch. There aren’t a lot of first-time founders with young families, and a huge part of me felt like this was wildly irresponsible. It turns out that’s a good…
🚀 Farewell, S2E v1! We just retired our second stage engine after thousands of seconds of testing including proving our heat shield's resilience under the full heat load expected during re-entry. This engine proved to be a honey badger, lasting through early dev, the hopper…
👀 Pushing boundaries. 🚀

“We founded the company because we want to build seamless mobility to space, through space and back from space.”
🎙️ Today on the podcast, @AndyLapsa of @stoke_space joins me to talk about what they’re up to, their vision for the future, and the larger trends that are shaping the market. Loved this conversation! mainenginecutoff.com/podcast/284
“The whole vehicle, from a technical side, has to be designed with the end state in mind.”
Don't miss this week's Pathfinder! We've brought back @AndyLapsa, cofounder and CEO of @stoke_space Stoke is a developer of fully reusable (that's first and second stage) rockets based right outside Seattle. Andy and I chat: – The unique technical approach of Stoke – The…

Stage 1 engine test stand is about to get lit. 🔥
We’re quickly reaching the end of things we can do with S1E on our current stand. Full test stand is on its way at our Moses Lake test site! Construction is nearing completion, to be followed by activation testing. It’s gorgeous!
Suction testing is one of the most exciting phases of any engine development program since we intentionally drive the pumps to the onset of cavitation. It’s important to know where that limit is, but cavitation can very quickly lead to RUD. Happy to report awesome results with…
Manufacturing team is hitting their stride with all eyes on making orbit - flight tank barrels and domes for our first rocket are coming together beautifully.
The future of fully reusable rockets will drastically change the economics for the space economy. @MorganLBrennan discusses with @Stoke_Space CEO @AndyLapsa #ManifestSpace
