Interesting report from @soilcarBEN on #soil carbon markets and the realities of farming #carbon, highlighting the risk of the offset market to farmers @NuffieldFarming Read it here 👇 nuffieldscholar.org/sites/default/…

Results of a international survey of EU consumers asked about their views on what drives #climatechange... #livestock production viewed much more positively than the media portrays meatthefacts.eu/home/activity/… @KennyLynn15

Another great #Nuffieldfarming trip to Northern France, consolidating existing insights on soil carbon markets. So valuable travelling with UK, French and Brazilian scholars, cross fertilising ideas. Reassuring to know these capable, smart people are the future leaders of Ag 🙏

#UK #farmer interested in sharing your views on #regen farming and #carbonmarkets? Please take 10 mins to complete this @NuffieldFarming survey 🙏 aber.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/can-you-farm-c… Closing date 25th April. Particularly interested in the views of farmers inside water sensitive catchments

Interesting chat with a #Tesco employee just now. They told me the real reason there's no #eggs in store isn't because of #AvianFlu as the tesco bosses would have us believe, it's because they won't buy eggs from farmers at the price increase needed. About right, or misinformed?

A good paper highlighting some of the challenges of soil #carbonmarkets #Nuffieldfarming

Enjoyed making these with the new toy over Christmas... Great use of old #venison out of the freezer! Ven+feta+thyme 😋

#India is exploring the potential of #carboncredits to incentivise #regenerativefarming . I shared with them some of what I've learnt so far on my #Nuffieldfarming journey, a short recording here: youtu.be/PLQLOcm7yGc looking forward to visiting in the Spring!

#Nuffieldfarming going global. It's been lots of fun this morning participating in a webinar as a speaker and panelist on 'carbon credits enabling sustainable agriculture' in #India where this is a very nascent area

Arrived in Cardiff for the annual #NuffieldFarming conference, early enough to grab a bit of local brew with @cropwalkerchris He reckons he's having a few to build up the courage to streak at the stadium 🤥 let's hope it all chat

Thank you to all the awesome people that gifted me their time, hospitality and fun to make my #Nuffieldfarmimg #US trip so memorable. @agronomistruth @Continuum_Ag @FLOLOfarms @NEIowaAgEng among many, many others! #Iowa

The #Ag industry does an amazing job convincing farmers the only way to 'feed the world' is with high input Ag. But in #Iowa I saw millions of acres of mostly soybeans grown for biodiesel/cattle feed, and corn grown for bioethanol. It doesn't make any sense to me #Nuffieldfarming

#Nuffieldfarming jetlag delirium.. sat bolt upright at 3am, thought I was at @agronomistruth and the hand stroking my back must be that of @DrGreenRoof 'Don't panic, Tom's a sound guy, he's probably just being supportive' I thought to myself. Turned out I was back at home 😅🤭🙏

I recently toured the amazing @apricotlanefarm aka #TheBiggestLittleFarm in #california. So valuable to visit a farm pushing the outer limits of #regenerativefarming and adding value, to help identify those areas that are, and aren't, transferable to all farms at scale
