So it’s all depressing out there and we all feel for restaurants closing down, truly a sad moment for the hospitality industry. What about the suppliers who are now stuck in the middle with WET to pay and no money coming in from closed restaurant? Tough for everyone
This @JoshFrydenberg is an unintended consequence. Please help these business. Give relief on WET Payments. These guys aren’t hoarding cash. They are awaiting payment that MAY NEVER come. Help them through this so we have world-class hospitality on the other side of this.

The knock on effect of my restaurant industry in shutdown is that of particularly small producers losing markets.. WET exemptions and or GST exemptions may be necessary..
