TRICARE’s pharmacy benefit is broken. Thanks to AG Griffin for sharing his personal story and his work to continue to fight this unjust system.

Amen! I am an AG but also an Army Reservist with Tricare and have been personally impacted! I am told I will have to move my pharmacy again. I will continue doing everything I can to fight this. @AGTimGriffin @TG4AG @brandon_achor @JustinBoydAR @mcuban

Pharmacy benefit managers make $500 billion a year. Why?

The average doctor in the U.S. makes $350,000 a year. Why? washingtonpost.com/business/2023/… This just arrived in my inbox as a subscriber to WAPO. It's a doctor bashing special. They don't interview any doctors who might have helpful viewpoints, just economists. They got 5000 comments

Rest of the country starting to catch up to Arkansas!

I applaud Florida for starting the process to regulate PBMs. Arkansas led the way years ago when I called a special session to address this important reform. I’m proud that other states have followed the example of what we’ve done to protect consumers.

Shout out to @isaiahnichols93 for making Carter’s day by giving him one of your game worn gloves after the Razorbacks game today. Congrats on the win. Woo Pig!

Thanks for your leadership on this issue. These surprise bills should end!

Great info from Sen Rapert in today’s paper.

Stop the surprise (Arkansas Democrat-Gazette), Dec 04, 2020 Appreciated reading this perspective on surprise medical billing in today’s Democrat-Gazette ⁦@jasonrapertao.pressreader.com/@JUSTINBOYD@CO

Amazing data on voters’ views on trust of healthcare providers during Covid and how their trust of healthcare providers compares to trust of big insurance companies.

This new poll shows that Americans overwhelmingly agree. noratesetting.org/2020/09/29/new… I am hopeful that Sens. Cotton and Boozman will vote to protect consumers and our free market system and against the big insurance lobby.

Joining in to wish Dean Skip Rutherford @JLRIII well after an amazing tenure with the Clinton School. The school, its students and the amazing speaker series are a gem for the state. Kudos to @UArkansas and @BillClinton for hiring and keeping an amazing leader for so long.

I continue to be blown away at how poorly @lrsd seems to be handling #Covid19. Districts like Fayetteville are providing detailed information to help parents make good decisions. @JohnnyKey_AR @MichaelPoore1 you MUST do better.

Several U.S. community pharmacies have been damaged or destroyed by recent civil unrest, leaving patients without local access to critical prescriptions and health services. To help them rebuild, please consider donating to the NCPA Disaster Relief Fund: bit.ly/NCPAFound

A great video on why allowing big insurance companies to unilaterally set payment rates for doctors and other providers is a bad idea for providers and patients. We need to let free market negotiations happen in healthcare, not take it or leave it payment rates from ins. cos.

WATCH: We teamed up with our friends at @FreedomWorks @GovWaste @CFEconomy @CFIFonline @MarketInstitute to show why rate setting is the wrong answer to surprise medical billing. Learn why below ⬇️ youtube.com/watch?v=ZoLPqw…

President George HW Bush established Doctor’s Day in 1990 to honor the professionals whose job and purpose is to heal. This year, we thank the brave Doctors who are on the front lines of healing our nation. #thankyoudoctors #NationalDoctorsDay #FlattenTheCurve

Have written an Op-Ed on this issue, this article is spot on. This cannot be used as a “cover” for advancing socialized medicine. #WednesdayThoughts @SenTomCotton @JohnBoozman @RepWesterman @RepRickCrawford @RepFrenchHill @rep_stevewomack @SeemaCMS

Surprise medical billing is a problem, but socialist price controls are not the answer. See our issue toolkit for a well-defined conservative solution: bit.ly/2HTHGVF

Hey @BirdsEye, you forgot the carrots and asparagus in this bag of “corn, carrots, and asparagus”. On the positive side, my wife’s pee won’t stink tonight.

Another day and another story about the abject abuse going on in the PBM industry. This must be stopped!!! @RepRickCrawford @SenTomCotton @JohnBoozman @RepFrenchHill @WestermanAR @rep_stevewomack
