Absolutely furious with @MB_Healthcare 3 failed requests to collect equipment following the death of my father. Not only has it meant my grieving mother having to wait in all day on 3 separate occasions but she still has to look at the medical bed as a constant reminder 😡

Why do some SaaS platforms seem intent on hiding pricing. Even after initial discussions they want to wait and shy away from it. I don't want to have 3 meetings before I even get a clue to what the pricing is!

Nice change of pace today, visiting one of the data centres to help install a new server.
Well despite my first 2 days being back in telecoms, I’ve actually spent most of that time building a new website for the FreePBX UK Hosting site. Should be ready to launch soon.
Said my final goodbyes to the Starting Point team today as Operations Manager. Back to tweeting about telecoms next week. It’s been a privilege to serve the team.
