For people who want to understand what happened to me and all the Libor traders I encourage you to watch this.

At my adjournment debate yesterday, I pointed to evidence of miscarriages of justice and failures of the state in relation to the LIBOR scandal, and called for a fresh inquiry into the whole affair.

Charles Kuhn of ⁦@ClydeCoNews⁩ again destroys the lunacy of the UK’s isolated legal position in respect of the IBOR prosecutions. As position the Supreme Court can now finally correct after 10 years of litigation. clydeco.com/en/insights/20…

Now I'm not gonna say a bunch of year 7's chanting "Tottenham get battered everywhere they go" at 0:59 has rattled me but personally I now hope we go full strength & annihilate them 10-0 while Kulusevski cups his ears to the 28 Tamworth fans making every single one of them…

Taking those shoes off!

Oh dear QPR. Following you is like wearing shoes that don’t fit just for the pleasure of taking them off once in a while but if you keep this up I’m going to get bunions! Why am I going to Leeds on Saturday? Let’s se what the 2nd half brings..

Cardiff away on a cold Wednesday night. Let’s so this QPR!

Similar. It was one day at a time. Goal was to reach the end of the day and avoid thinking about the years I had left. When times were bad accomplishing the smallest things became a massive challenge and I fought my mind not to give up. Now I’m months from the Supreme Court. Wow!

Some days, all I could accomplish was brushing my hair. No matter how small my accomplishment, my goal each day was to do just one thing with focus and intent, one small thing to be proud of. That's how I got through prison.

private-eye.co.uk/pictures/speci… Crown expert Dr Evans: “In 35 years I have never lost a murder, manslaughter or serious abuse case other than one… Losing my one case still rankles.” HUGE red flag here. The role of the expert is to assist the court impartially. #LucyLetby @drphilhammond

Burnley away. Time for QPR to turn the season around. COYRS

The use of recall is arbitrary. Missed appointments etc. My one time probation officer said I could not stay at my mother’s house for the night. Had I done so I would have been recalled! The whole system needs reform after Grayling destroyed it. thetimes.com/article/6ff72b…

When I was a kid, bedtime was 9 pm. I couldn't wait to be a grownup so I could go to bed anytime I wanted. Turns out that is 9 pm.

Great film. Great scene!

Good morning, this is the famous football scene from Kes made in 1969, have a brilliant day & weekend.

This. There is a mistaken belief that the appeals process in the criminal justice system works. If it does it’s slower than a geological formation and exceptionally rare often only when accompanied by media and political support.

What is good about the Letby case, is it has public attention from the start & people will get to see the slow, unfair & deliberately tortuous process to get a conviction overturned. Others, such as the sub-postmasters & Andrew Malkinson, only got attention at the end.

Derby away and the bar packed with QPR fans. Big fan of harvester’s 2 pint glasses! COYRssssss

This is very familiar. I still have nightmares from that time and what I experienced. Fortunately the mind is an amazing thing I’ve healed a great deal. Good luck to Julian hopefully in time he’ll heal too.

“The experience of isolation for years in a small cell is difficult to convey. It strips away one's sense of self, leaving only the raw essence of existence. I am yet not fully equipped to speak about what I have endured; the relentless struggle to stay alive, both physically and…

Sums up a lot of us! 😁 #QPR

First trip to Loftus Road for my Niece, Seren, to see QPR scrape a draw with Millwall with the obligatory shirt. She was particularly interested in the chants, the physio and the wrestling in the box at corners. Hopefully many more trips to come for her.

Most excited I’ve been about a cup game in years. Seeing Eze, under the lights and QPR players who actually care. Get something on us 17/2 or even better sell Palace supremacy at 2.6 Come on you R’s.

Holidays finally done and back to where I should be, on the train to follow QPR to Hillsborough. No matter the season can’t replace the sense of excitement a good away day brings. COYRs

This is widely used to prevent injustices being challenged. Of course they have recordings from which the transcripts originate. The cost a few duplicate CDs or an audio file is nothing. When I asked for those I was told no, I needed thousands of pounds for a written version 🤷‍♂️

I asked the House of Commons why we had to pay huge sums of money to view court transcripts. As it stands, we have to pay thousands and thousands of pounds to access these transcripts.

We are delighted that Oliver is finally a free man - BUT this should have happened 20 years ago (in 2005) when he first applied to the Criminal Cases Review Commission, who refused to refer his case to the Court of Appeal. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…
